Everything was ok, the roaster works well, no problem at all, every time i had a question they answered promptly with all the info they had available. The only advice i have for future buyers is Don't be cheap on the transport if you are in a hurry. They offer a range of options, i picked the cheapest and got the machine in 3 and a half months.

Roaster is of excellent quality -- it is composed of all well manufactured and high quality parts. Design is simple and typical, which is important in a production environment. We have been roasting for about a week and there are no issues. Service up to the point of delivery and afterwards has been exceptional. Vendor kept us informed during the build and constantly updated us on the delivery status.
